Card size is 6" tall x 4.25" wide. Bright yellow cardstock was scored at the top so that the card opens from the bottom. I created two individual panels (front and inside) that were affixed to the card base to produce the card.
The front panel has a layered cardstock base of lavender and a bright sparkly Halloween print. I stamped the witch image on white cardstock and colored her using Prismacolor pencils and gamsol. Ink was sponged around the witch to create the background. Shimmer paints were applied to add a hint of sparkle to the image. The image was matted with lavender and bright yellow cardstock. I punched the lower edge of the yellow cardstock to resemble dripping liquid and added the sentiment "What's Brewing?" The image was positioned on the panel and a bright yellow ribbon and bow were added. A black cat punched from cardstock was popped up from the surface of the image. This completed panel was affixed to the front of the card base.
The inside panel consisted of white cardstock matted on lavender cardstock. "Witching You a Happy Halloween!" was printed on the white cardstock. It is adorned with a strip of the Halloween print overlaying yellow dripping liquid and topped off with a black cat to tie it to the front of the card.
I also made an envelope from heavy cover stock to reflect the theme of the card. It is decorated with sponged ink and a bubbling cauldron.
